Included are courses, a support community, and additional items to assist you based on your needs, changing body, and things that you are ready to get started on!

The Bloom Where You’re Planted online nutrition courses were created for middle-aged women to help you feel your best! These online menopause education courses provide essential resources for women on a variety of subjects, and more are on the way.

Because these classes are online, they provide you flexibility when you travel or have schedule conflicts, you can attend when the time works best for you!

In addition, you can go back and read again if you like, because often important things can be missed the first time around.
